This holiday flat, newly furnished in 2017 with an inviting design, full of cosiness on a spacious 69 sqm, is located in a very quiet south-facing slope of the Gehrenberg: only about 5 minutes walk to the city centre as well as to the edge of the forest, it is ideal for your relaxing holiday as well as for business trips.

• Particularly attractive for families: a beautiful playground near the house and lots of nature will delight children at any time of year: picnic and tobogganing meadows with a marvellous panorama of Lake Constance.
• In summer, the pleasant temperature is immediately noticeable due to the location and construction of the flat.
• The separate entrance leads directly into the spacious living/dining area with an attractive bay window flooded with light (including external shutters).
• The living area has a sofa bed (sleeping area 120 x 220 m), TV and multimedia system (including Blu-Ray, DVD and USB).
