• The Felix holiday flat on the 1st floor is characterised by its cosy furnishings, which extend to around 75 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
• With two inviting bedrooms, a spacious 30 square metre living room and a dining room equipped with air conditioning, as well as a modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired (coffee machine, toaster, kettle), this flat offers all the comforts of modern living.
• There is also satellite TV, a bathroom with shower/WC and a terrace that invites you to linger.
• In the outdoor area of the complex you can relax in our tastefully landscaped garden or savour culinary delights at our barbecue areas.
