We offer an exclusive Holiday Apartment with separate entrance in the village of the famous Austrian Lipizzaner Stud Farm Piber about 2km away from Köflach and 40km from Graz.

• Here the Lipizzaner horses are bred and prepared for the Spanische Hofreitschule in Vienna.
• The Holiday Apartment is adapted in an old country estate about 400m away from the center of Piber in fully green surroundings.Instead of breakfast there is a bakery service available and coffee and tea are standard supply in the apartment.
• The terrace is roof covered and equipped with tables and chairs for 4 people.
• Deckchairs and a barbecue as well as a bigger terrace on the sunny side of the house are also available.
• The house lies totally in green surroundings and sometimes the Lipizzaner horses can be seen in the neighbouring meadows.
• We offer an exclusive, tastfully furnished Holiday Apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a chimney in the sitting area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a relaxing and pleasant stay.
• The region is known for walking, hiking and biking tours, also swimming pools and natural lakes are close by .
• Highly recommended are visits to the Steirische Weinstrasse known as the Styrian Tuscany, and also to the Schilcherweinstrasse, where famous Styrian wines are produced.
• The visit of the Styrian capital Graz with many tourist attractions is a must.
• 1 baby up to the age of 3 is free and can be an addition to the maximum occupation.
