The old Engadine farmhouse in which the flat is located is in a very quiet location at the beginning of La Punt (over the Inn bridge, 1st street on the left, last house on the right), not far from the large St.

• Moritz ski area and directly on the marathon cross-country ski trail.
• The flat is close to the bus stop and a train stop that lead to the ski areas and to St.
• Moritz.
• There is a small ski lift in the village itself (perfect for small children and beginners), supermarket and bakery are in the immediate vicinity of the flat, sports shop, hairdresser, bank-o-mat, tourist information office, post office, various restaurants are in the village.
