• The car can be left in the underground car park free of charge on the day of arrival or departure.

• It also has enough space for ski boots, ski clothes, suitcases etc.

• A spacious upholstered suite with a coffee table, a flat screen TV with cable connection and DVD player as well as a cupboard with games and DVDs are at the guests' disposal.
• WLAN can be used free of charge throughout the flat with a good signal.
• In an additional cellar you will find the washing machine and the tumble dryer (also used by the flat above).
• The laundry can be dried in the storage room.
• On the large, covered terrace there are two deckchairs and 4 chairs with table ready for you.
• You will also find a gas barbecue in the spacious garden.
• Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
• On request, additional 2 children can sleep in the living room on the pull-out couch or a baby in the baby crib.
• Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, as well as kitchen towels and the visitor's tax.
