• The flat is absolutely quiet, yet centrally located.
• The bus stop is only 5 minutes away on foot.
• The bakery is also 8 minutes' walk away, as is the Migros supermarket, pharmacy and Il Gatto theatre.
• The public swimming pool is just a 12-minute walk away and you can jump into the lake.
• Why not visit the Adelizia in spring or autumn, when it's not so hot and there aren't so many tourists around.
• The Christmas-lit piazza in Ascona is particularly atmospheric!
• Why not visit our hotel during the carnival season - the weather is usually fine, so you can sip your cappuccino outside.
• And don't worry: it's also suitable for those who don't like carnival, as dressing up is not a must but a can, and is also ideal for guests without their own car, as the buses take you to all the valleys, where you can enjoy a wonderful walk and then take the bus back again.
• The journeys are even more relaxing than in your own car!
