• The flat is 77 m² in size and comprises the following rooms: two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with 32-inch flat-screen TV, dining table and seating area; a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven as well as a seating area, and a bathroom with bathtub, washer-dryer and WC.
