• A little more than an hour from Milan, Bergamo and their respective international airports, the village of Tavernola Bergamasca is popular for its precious lakeside promenade characterised by narrow streets and medieval settings, above all the Fenaroli Tower that dominates the village.
• Opposite is Montisola, to the south the road skirts the lake shore for several kilometres, making the area an oasis surrounded by water, to the north towards Lovere, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, it is highly recommended to drive along the road that runs along the Bogn gorge, with its natural arches.
• A short distance away are the Presolana massif for high-altitude hiking, Valcamonica for archaeological tourism with its 300,000 rock carvings, the Franciacorta wine cellars, Boario for thermal baths and the slopes of Colere and Monte Pora for hiking and skiing.
