• Kauns is located at the entrance to the Kaunertal in the heart of a nature park & glacier region.
• Here with us you will find yourself in an almost unspoilt mountain world, close to nature and yet right in the middle of it.
• Feel at home in our brand-new, high-quality furnished flat in a fantastic location with a view of the Kauner Grat!
• The flat has two cosy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a living room with alpine charm, with a fully equipped kitchen including a wood-burning cooker that can be used for warmth and cosiness.
• Two terraces - one covered with dining area & barbecue, the other with sun loungers & private outdoor sauna - invite you to relax.

• In my in-house massage practice you can treat yourself to a soothing massage and enjoy even more well-being!
