• The living area is rounded off by the adjoining, large balcony which invites you to linger.
• The modern two-room holiday flat has a living room and bedroom, a fully equipped fitted kitchen including a cooker with ceramic hob and oven as well as a microwave.
• The spacious living area is furnished with a sofa bed with an additional sleeping function.
• This allows the flat to be extended for two more people.
• The living area is also equipped with a large LED TV (40 inch).
• The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm and wardrobe.
• The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bathtub/shower, washbasin and WC.
