The 4.5-room holiday flat (110 m²) is situated on the ground floor of the three-flat house ‘Alprüüsch’ in the Walser settlement of Cresta and enjoys a very peaceful location with stunning views in all directions.

• The large terrace and the seating area, surrounded by nature and with direct access from the flat, are perfect for relaxing.
• Inside, the flat is ideally furnished for holidays and offers plenty of space for 5–6 people (3 separate bedrooms, each with 2 beds).
• The flat is a 5-minute walk from the valley station of the Obersaxen mountain railways.
• In the evening, you can ski down the ‘Heimabfahrt’ piste almost right up to the front door.
• In summer, the wonderful hiking and cycling area of Obersaxen/Val Lumnezia, as well as the Rufali Park with its swimming lake, can be reached in 5 minutes’ walk.
• A private parking space is available in the underground car park opposite, including an electric charging point.
• Guest parking spaces can be found directly on the street.
• Dogs are very welcome.
